These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and kissy918 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated under the domain kissy918.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the kissy918 platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer services, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the kissy918 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on kissy918, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or coercion from any third party.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the kissy918 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. kissy918 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate registration details.

kissy918 may at its sole discretion refuse to register any applicant or decline to accept any registration for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, previous Account closures, or activity deemed contrary to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

kissy918 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you receive any such request — whether by email, chat, or phone — you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team without delay.

Any activity that occurs on your Account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been carried out by you. kissy918 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, unless a breach of our own systems is found to be the proximate cause.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication via your Account security settings. Players with 2FA enabled benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login attempts.

All deposits made to kissy918 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20.

You warrant and represent that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of any unlawful activity. kissy918 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) screening on any deposit and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be adjusted periodically without prior notice. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• kissy918 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which kissy918 accepts no responsibility.
• In the event a deposit cannot be credited to your Account for technical or compliance reasons, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your Account KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance after any bonus fund deductions.
• Your Account is in good standing with no active suspension, restriction, or investigation.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment method held in your own name and, where possible, matching your most recent deposit method.

kissy918 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable. Typical processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — approximately 10 minutes to a few hours; USDT TRC20 — 15 to 45 minutes following blockchain confirmation. These are estimates and may vary.

kissy918 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of unusually large amounts. Failure to complete requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to the Account balance.

From time to time, kissy918 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These individual promotional terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

The following general rules apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet the stated criteria at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement, after which the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may be capped as stated in individual promotion terms.
• kissy918 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, Bonus fund extraction strategies, or coordinated activity with other players — will have their bonus immediately forfeited and their Account subject to suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

All games offered on the kissy918 Platform are provided by licensed international game studios. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring that all outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and fair. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interruption during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnections, power failures, or software errors — kissy918 reserves the right to void any affected round or bet. No player liability will arise from a malfunction. If a bet has been placed and a round cannot be completed, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

kissy918 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet placed in error or where a clear system or pricing error has occurred. Where applicable, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's balance.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's payment method or identity details without their express consent.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer formats.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Systematically exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain, and failing to report such errors immediately upon discovery.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on payments after funds have been used for gambling purposes.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kissy918 staff, agents, or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform, except as permitted by these Terms or with express written consent from kissy918. Unauthorised use of any kissy918 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kissy918 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kissy918 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

In jurisdictions that do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit kissy918's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kissy918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in Prohibited Conduct.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made to the Platform.
• Any threat, abuse, or harassment directed at Platform staff or other players.
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, kissy918 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held within the Account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an Account is voluntarily closed by the Player, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

kissy918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected Players through a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kissy918 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question about their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the kissy918 support team in writing, allowing a reasonable period for the matter to be reviewed and addressed. kissy918 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

The English-language version of these Terms shall be the definitive version in all cases of dispute arising from translation or interpretation.
